Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, tried on only indoors, and in original, resellable condition.

All original packaging (box, dust bags, tags, inserts) must be included.

Clear photos of the soles must be shared during your return request for quality approval.

If not raised within 7 days, the product will be deemed accepted in good condition.

Exchanges (First Time Free, PAN-India)
Size exchanges are accepted within the 7-day window, subject to stock availability.

Once received and approved, exchanges are dispatched within 1 working day.

For sale items: Reverse shipping (if required) may be borne by the customer. Forward shipping is on us.

If your pin code does not support reverse pickup, please courier using India Post or road transport. We reimburse up to ₹300 on submission of receipt.
Returns Process
Returns are accepted within 7 days and after quality check.

All return requests undergo a mandatory review within 48–72 working hours.
If the product meets eligibility conditions (unused, indoor trial only, original packaging intact), the return will be approved and further instructions will be shared via email.
Returns cannot be initiated via the exchange portal.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days and after successful quality check.

Takes up to 2–3 weeks from pickup to reflect in your bank account
Note: Choosing store credit gives you more value and quicker processing. Bank refund charges are to offset gateway and operational costs.
Special-Order Sizes
The following sizes are made in limited runs and are non-refundable:

Big Sizes: UK 12 / EU 46 & above

Small Sizes: EU 38–39 (approx. UK 4–5)
These qualify for:

Such items will be sent back to the customer at their cost with no refund issued.
Defective / Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

We will issue a free replacement or full refund after verification.

Return QC & Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item is:

Worn outdoors
-
Damaged by misuse
-
Returned without original box or materials
In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer and no refund or credit will be issued.
Warranty
All footwear carries a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects (stitching, sole, etc.).
General wear & tear, water damage, or misuse are not covered.
Third-Party Orders (Amazon, Myntra, etc.)
If your order was placed via another platform, please follow that platform’s return policy.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly on www.dmodot.com.
