EXCHANGE, RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

1) Eligibility & condition (exchanges and returns)

Request must be raised within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, the system will not accept requests.

Product must be unused and in original, resellable condition, with all packaging (box, dust bags, tags, fillers).

When trying the pair, use a clean surface/carpet to avoid sole marks.
-
We require 1 clear photo of each sole to approve your request.

If you don’t notify us within 7 days of receipt, the product is deemed accepted in good condition.
2) Exchanges (free PAN-India)

You may request a size exchange within the 7-day window, subject to availability.

Once your pair reaches us and passes QC, we dispatch the exchange within 1 working day.

Sale items: reverse shipping (if needed) may be borne by the customer; forward leg of the exchange is on dmodot.
Note: Exchanges/returns are free PAN-India. Where reverse pickup is not available for your pincode, please courier by ground/road service (India Post works). We reimburse up to ₹300 against the courier receipt.
3) Returns & refunds

Returns are free PAN-India within the 7-day window and after QC approval.

Choose one refund method:
a) Store Credit: issued for the full transactional amount; sent by email within 24 hours after QC. No expiry(valid until used).
b) Bank Refund: processed via Cashfree Payments. We send you a secure link to submit bank details. Refunds are initiated within 2 working days after QC.
Late/missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, please email info@dmodot.com.
4) Special-order sizes — big & small
Some sizes are produced in very limited runs and are treated as special-order sizes:

Big sizes: UK 12 / EU 46 & above (or as communicated at order time)

Small sizes: EU 38–39 (approx. UK 4–5) (or as communicated at order time)
For these sizes:

No refunds.

One-time exchange for size (same style/colour), or store credit (valid until used).

Standard defect/warranty coverage applies.

Reverse-pickup unavailable? Courier by ground/road; we reimburse up to ₹300 with receipt.
5) Not eligible for exchange/return

International orders (non-India shipping addresses)

Customized / made-to-order products

Accessories / Items other than footwear (belts, care kits, wallets etc.)

Orders under ₹2,000

Products returned used, soiled, damaged, or missing packaging (these will be shipped back at customer cost; no refund/credit).
6) Defects / wrong item received

If you receive a damaged/defective or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

We’ll prioritise a free replacement or full refund after verification.
7) Timelines & process

Request review: 48–72 hours

Reverse pickup (if available): within 2–3 days of approval

Transit back to our warehouse: ~5–7 working days

QC at our warehouse: within 24–48 hours of receipt

Exchange dispatch: within 3-5 workings day post-QC

Bank refund: within 3-5 working days post-QC
8) Cancellation policy
If you change your mind before dispatch, email care@dmodot.com with your Order ID for a full cancellation. If the order has shipped, the return policy applies.
9) Shipping policy

Processing time: 2–7 business days depending on availability (each product page shows typical timelines).

Made-to-order: ships in ~5 -7 working days post confirmation.

Standard shipping: free PAN-India; typical delivery in 5–7 business days after dispatch.

International shipping: email info@dmodot.com; shipped at cost, ETA 3–4 weeks.

We attempt delivery up to 3 times. If undeliverable, the order may be cancelled.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. One shipping address per order.

10) Quality check & refusals
dmodot reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges if the product is not in original condition or is used/damaged/missing parts (not due to our error). Such items will be returned to you at your expense and no refund/credit will be issued.
11) Warranty
All footwear comes with a 90-day manufacturing warranty. Post-warranty wear & tear is not covered, but we’re happy to advise on care/repairs.
