EXCHANGE, RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY
Exchange for size
Our return/exchange policy lasts 7 days from the receipt of the products by you. Exchange is subject to the availability in size. Within 7 days, you can notify us through email on firstname.lastname@example.org with information about the exchange. No return/exchange will be processed if not intimated within 7 days.
Kindly note, the returned item must be in the original, unused and resellable condition including packaging. Subject to quality check, we will dispatch your exchanged order within 1 working day from receipt at our end.
We provide free exchange for products bought on full price.
For items bought on sale, any reverse shipment charges for change of style/size would be borne by the customer whilst forward shipping charges for exchanged style/size change would be borne by dmodot.
The customer can chose to ship the product our studio. Alternatively, we can schedule a reverse pickup for your convenience which is chargeable at a cost of Rs.300 per product.

It may take up-to 24-72 hours to process the request. After communication with our support team, the reverse pick up will be done within 2-3 days and would take approximately 5-6 days for the product to be delivered back to our warehouse.
Note: All accessories under Rs.500 are non-returnable.
To initiate the process kindly email to us at email@example.com at the earliest or call us at 011-42261211 from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Mon-Sat. Unless you notify us within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you as being in good condition.
Eligibility for Returns:
The customer has to ship the product back to dmodot HQ for all returns requests. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Alternatively, we can schedule a reverse pickup for your convenience which is chargeable at a cost of Rs. 300 per product.
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Refunds are processed as store credit as well as account transfer. ( Please read below for more information).
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, including original packaging. For return reasons please take great care when you first try on your shoes to avoid leather marking and other sole stains. If you are trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please walk on a carpet or a clean surface to avoid sole damages.
The product will be subject to a thorough quality check in order to be eligible for a return. dmodot reserves the right to refuse to return a product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note refunds will be processed as store credit or account refund depending on the choice of the customer:
Refunds as store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt and status of your refund process and next steps.
If approved your refund will be processed, and a lifetime (until used) store credit of full transactional amount will be sent to your email address within 24 hours upon the receipt of the product.
Refunds as account transfer.
If you are looking for a refund in your bank account, it will be processed through a UPI transfer, and the following charges will be deducted from the purchase amount:
- COD charges / Transaction charges of 2% of the transaction value. ( As the same is deducted by COD service provider or the bank when the transaction is made.)
- Fixed forward Logistics, handling & packing charge of Rs. 200/- per product. (Cost incurred to deliver the product to your doorstep.)
- Optional reverse pickup charges of Rs 300 per product if the reverse pickup was scheduled by dmodot.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly contact us at email@example.com.
In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Post which the return policy will apply.
We process orders as soon as they are received, typically somewhere between 0-3 business days. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch accordingly.
Standard Shipping is free for all customers across india. For foreign shipment, please get in touch with us by email at email@example.com and we will arrange it at cost.
Processing the order normally takes 2-4 business days and then shipping normally takes 4-7 business days.
We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 business days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
We will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before we contact you that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order(s).
The fulfillment of any order is completely at the discretion of Mada Enterprises.
