EXCHANGE, RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY
Exchange for size
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days from the receipt of the shoes by you. Within 14 days, you can notify us through email on email@example.com with information about the exchange.
Kindly note, the returned item must be in the original unused condition, including packaging. Subject to quality check, we will dispatch your exchanged order within 2 working days from receipt at our end.
The shipping costs from your end will be borne by you. However, a reverse pick-up option is available at a cost of Rs.250 per pair of shoes. The return address is as below:

Please note no amount will be refunded into the account for products purchased on discount. Only Exchange or Store Credit.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of the shoe, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Please note, all refunds are processed in store credit only (read below for more information).
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, including original packaging. The product will be subject to a thorough quality check in order to be eligible for a return. dmodot reserves the right to refuse to return a product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you intend to return a product, kindly inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 9897876511. Unless you notify us within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you as being in good condition.
Shipping in case of returns
If you consider your product to be eligible for a return, kindly mail your product to:

Please note you will bear the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case you'd prefer a reverse pickup to be scheduled from our end, there will be a standard charge of Rs. 250 per pair.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds as store credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt and status of your refund process and next steps.
If approved your refund will be processed, and a store credit of full amount will be sent to your email address within 2 working days.
Refunds as account transfer (if applicable)
If you are looking for a refund in your bank account, it will be processed through a UPI transfer, and the following charges will be deducted from the purchase amount:
- Packaging charges for damaged packaging (Rs 50)
- Transaction charges of 2% of the value if the order was prepaid
- COD charges of Rs.149 will be deducted if the order is placed under COD
- Reverse pickup charges of Rs. 250 per shoe, if the pickup was scheduled from our end.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly contact us at email@example.com.
In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount. We cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be accepted and we reserve our right to refuse cancellations.
If we receive your cancellation request has been made before the product has been shipped and your request has been approved, we will refund the entire amount paid by you within a reasonable period of time, usually 7-10 business days.
We process orders as soon as they are received, typically somewhere between 0-3 business days. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch accordingly.
A nominal shipping fee is charged on all orders. The shipping charge can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails. This charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped.
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment to the shipping carrier.
The shipping costs are only for India at the moment. For foreign shipment, please get in touch with us by email at email@example.com and we will arrange it at cost.
Processing the order normally takes 2-4 business days and then Shipping normally takes 4-7 business days.
We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 business days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
We will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before we contact you that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order(s) at our discretion.
