Placing an Order

When you add an item to your cart, the cart will open for you to checkout or you can continue shopping. If you click Checkout, you will be brought to the One Step Checkout where you can remove an item, change quantities and apply any discount/promotional codes.

Checkout

Once you have filled up the cart, and are ready to checkout, there are three simple steps to complete to acquire your shoe:

Step 1

This takes you to the Customer Information page, where you can login if you’re already registered, or you can give us your information, and we’ll have it saved for the next time. 

Step 2

The next step is for selecting Shipping Options, with the varying shipping charges

Step 3

The last step needs you add payment information and confirm order for us to know you want your shoe. Please note, no changes to the order can be made after the order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

Payment

We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, credit cards and COD. If you don’t use any of these options, please contact our customer service here.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorisation when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.

Order Information

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your account, under Order History.

Order Changes

If you would like to change your order, please contact us here as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will most likely be able to help you. However, there isn’t a lot we can do if it has been dispatched, but we will try our best.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with its original packing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted and processed for refund.

Incorrect Orders

We’re a small team aiming to deliver the best products to you, and we may mix up our orders sometimes, but we do our best to fix it immediately. If you identify a mistake with your order, please contact us and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing customer services.

Signing up for our newsletter is the best way to receive updates about new arrivals, upcoming sales and promotions. You can subscribe when creating an account.


Shipping

We process orders as soon as they are received, typically somewhere between 0-2 business days. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch accordingly.

The shipping costs are only for India at the moment. For foreign shipment, please get in touch with us and we will arrange it at cost. 

 

Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched within 0-2 business days of placing the order. Shipping to metros takes 2-3 business days, and all other cities are within 5-7 business days of processing.
